Greg moved to Aspen in the winter of 2012 to help open element 47. His career was launched in Boulder, CO, a nearby town with a deep-rooted food culture, where he worked for standout restaurants including Frasca Food and Wine and Oak at Fourteenth.
Greg grew up in a small town near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys backcountry skiing and cycling, as well as dining. He is here to race road bicycles and enjoy all that the Rockies have to offer.
