Csaba "Chubby" Oveges, has charmed and served diners at The Little Nell's element 47, previously Montagna, since 2009. This Advanced Sommelier and Assistant Food and Beverage Director has fashioned drinks, managed restaurants and epitomized the highest standard of hospitality for years, here in Aspen as well as across the globe.
Chubby's work in Aspen began in 2004 at the Aspen Mountain Club, after a period with the Princess Cruise Line, and a stint managing a restaurant outside Dublin, Ireland. He has managed restaurants for Marriott Hotels, and Kempinski Hotels in Budapest, where he quickly rose through the ranks from room service waiter to assistant restaurant manager.
Chubby's dedication to hospitality began at a young age at his father's restaurant in Hungary in the Lake Balaton region. He graduated from the College of Commerce and Hospitality in Budapest with a Hotel Management major and Hospitality minor.
